Fighting the mosquitoes...

...was worth it yesterday evening. I was able to hunt for about an hour or two. I headed to a wooded park near my house. A used bug spray but those little stinkers still find spots to bite! >:#

Anyway, I was able to get a few oldies: a Canadian large cent from 1916 <:, a 1939 Jeff, and an Indian head penny. I can't make out the date on it. I was hoping to round out the hunt with a silver, but it was nice to just get out. Happy hunting out there! :groovy:

Oh yeah, I replaced my iPhone, so I can get pics during the hunts again! :happydance01:

Nice hunt , I really like the Canadian Large cent  especially after living in a world of Zincs and Memorials :hairpulling: . Mosquitoes with West Nile Virus , Ticks with Lime Disease , Killer Bees and Bats with Rabies , it's getting a bit scarier out there all the time . :-\

Yep... I'd say it was worth the bug bites. :clapping:
The IH is always a great find, but I'm liking the CLC too.

:perfect10:! Great find on the LC, and IH! Don't let them little buggers bite you too much! West Nile ya know! lol Once I sprayed all my clothing except my gloves. The little blood sucker got me right thru the back of the glove! WTG on a good hunt! |:cheering:
