September 4 - I took a half day from work and brought my daughter to the beach to do some detecting. I thought this would be a great place for her to use her new Delta 4000 and the digging would be easy for her. Plus if she got bored there was a huge playground there. Anyways, we had a great day, although it was very overcast the rain held off and the temps were awesome. Finds were few but we had a great time. BTW she lasted over three hours before she came over and said it was time for lunch.
