We made it back to the 1600's farm fields today which has given up 8 coppers over the last two hunts.

So far we have pulled three Draped Busts, one Classic Head, one King George II(young head) half cent, One King II (older head), one Connecticut Copper, One Farthing 1/4 cent and one that we have yet to ID.

There are four fields in total at this farm and today we tried our second field.

The first field was very good to us so our hopes were high as we began our hunt. I think our expectations were set too high because this feild wasn't given up anything other than a 1937 wheat and a 1981 lincoln lol. In fact, we were not even getting many repeatable targets. Field #2 surely knocked us off our copper high and brought us back to earth until....., finally..., we got one! It was the only Large Copper but it turned up as a good one.

I am pretty sure that it is a Landscape Type Blunt Ray Vermont but since it's in very ruff shape I do not think we will be able to get a 100% ID.
