Here are some finds from my latest hunt at the pond shoreline. Both the war nickel and the small sterling item went in the tumbler with all of the other stuff. I did not realize what they were because the finds were so full of muck! Once again I had a nice assortment of targets including the neat little lead conductor figure.

Can anyone help me ID this little piece of sterling?

I was thinking earring also. I have seen old earrings that have the adjustable screw like that.

The lead conductor is a really neat find too! I've only found half of one lead figure toy :( :envious:
Nice finds Darren! :peace:

Great digs! I bet that is a nice place to hunt and not just because of the good stuff you're digging. I would have guessed some kind of tie clip on the silver piece but Google doesn't seem to be backing that thought up.

This are has sure provided many targets. :clapping: A great assortment too.

My guess is earring as well. The War nickel is a nice keeper.

Congrats Darren.

WTG Darren, the sterling piece is an earring. I really like the figure, that is a cool find.
