New member
So after being a thorn in my wife's side for years, and my finds just sitting in boxes being forgotten about. I decided to get a display cabinet to put my finds in....and put it in my office..which works to get it out of my house from my wife.......and enables me to talk about it with clients AND ask them to hunt their properties!

It's still a work in progress, I have not put anywhere near all of my finds in it, ...really just one box...I think Im going to need to get more display cabinets lol

From what I hear of what you pay your employees, I hope that has a lock on it.. rofl.

Great idea putting it in your office, it has got to get the clients talking about it.

Wow, when you said display cases I thought you meant the small wood and glass ones that are about 18x24 or close to that size. That thing is huge!! You probably would be better offf using smaller displays and then putting them in the Bigger one. Maybe like the one I have. Then you can fit more items by stacking others behind the front ones and rotating them. You might even be able to make display cards explaining what each item is using a numbering system. That's just my opinion. Good Luck.

Yeah, but the best part is....it's a write off...it's office furniture...maybe I can write off all my expenses metal detecting, I now have to put things into it :thinkingabout:
 
lol...thanks Al...one audit this week was enough lol...of course I would consult with my accountant before I would do such a thing...I doubt it would qualify, but wouldn't it be nice :daydream:...I can only dream

That's pretty cool, but as you say, you'll run out of space sooner or later.

How about putting some in picture frames, and hanging them on the wall? I have a collection of arcade tokens that looks good...
