I've been planning a hunt at nice older park for the past month now. I haven't gone out detecting for about that same time frame. I got all my gear preped... Got the gas tank on full... Woke up at 6:00 am... And took out filled with anticipation. ONLY TO MAKE IT 3 MILES FROM THE HOUSE. WHEN MY ENGINE BLEW!!! :confused: The wife was at home in bed... Kids asleep... So what's a man to do but pack up all his gear and carry it for the 3.2 mile track back home at 6:30 am. Haha!!! I guess it could've been worse. I could've been 10 miles away. Oh-well. At least I got some exercise. Looks like my detector won't get dirty for a few more weeks. Well good luck & HH to everyone else whom has a dependable means of transportation.... Lol.
