Had to get a February hunt in to keep my 24 consecutive month hunting streak alive in northern Illinois. Took the afternoon off and met up with my buddy Marinedad and we took off south looking for diggable dirt. About five miles from I-80 we found it! <: We didn't have a lot of time to hunt but I ended up with 14 clad coins, one Wheatie and someone's house key. Thought I had silver a couple of times but it ended up being clad quarters at 7 inches. Happy hunting to everyone! :beerbuddy: Spring is just around the corner. :bananadance:

At least you got out to keep your streak alive. Knowing what your last years silve count was I am sure that silver is just around the corner.

Glad you guys were able to get out for a hunt! On Sunday, me and Ill Digger were near I-80 also, just a couple of miles south.

Way to get out for a nice winter hunt! :clapping:
