Any Idea on an Age

Found this padlock at a small park yesterday right before the lightning ended my short hunt. I found plenty of pic's on ebay but can not come up with a manufacture date. Any one have an idea? Thanks

I did some quick lookin' around. I couldn't find anything on it's age. :dontknow:
There are plenty of pictures of ones for sale. :shocked03: You'd think someone would have a date range to go along with it. ::huh::
