It's amazing what you can find looking through you loose change. Notice the extra copper filling in the 9. It's caused by a wearing die. I've seen coins with multiple of these errors all over the coin and thats how the coin got that way. It looks like a bead of copper just sitting there. It matches pefectly as far as color ,so I know it wasn't done after it left the mint. Now that I see the pic again, it looks like the 5 is doubled also.

No, not to me lol. It's not a major mint error, I don't think.

The late 1950's and early 1960's cents are notorius for these kinds of die breaks. I have about 25-30 with filled letters, numbers, or 'BIE' errors.

1955 is the only 'valuable' one though?

Yea the '55 is the double die and is pretty valuable. It is still a coin that should be found, since it was released into circulation. Some of them must have been lost  But tons of them were counterfeited, along with the other rare ones we all cherish (1909S VDB, 1922, 1914D, 1877 etc...)

I've noticed that on alot of the wheaties the 1 is slightly smaller. Mostly the older ones.
