I don't remember finding one of these before, but I do like them. THis one sounded good in the ground, though a bit broken. When I got it our, I couldn't find it. I eventueally saw it laying on the ground and was wondering what it was as it is a bit larger than a penny. Not sure why the signal was lost on the surface, must have been something under it that masked it.

Also found my 1st rosie of the year a '46. think that's the 1st year. Again a broken tone, but suspected coin. I was sure hopin' for a hidden seated dime.

very cool token Aaron , we don't see alot of that type here but it would be nice to find a few . congrats on it and the silver

Nice token, I take it Jacob had a store somewhere around there lol If that is his name you may be able to Google it and find out where his store was. Nice find, and silver is always welcomed lol
 
Yeah, around 1900-1920. Someone found out it was a hotel owner local here in Ulster County NY. It was cool to find this out.
