Hello all...

I've not been out much lately... but I got out to a colonial house that I've hit 4-5 in the past...

I gridded an area that I let my feet wander in last time here... This paid off with 1 nice copper and 5 wheaties...

1803 Draped Bust US Large Cent... This was a 5 target that was only missed because I did not get my coil over it before... :-)

Here is was fresh out of the ground...

I only dry brushed this coin and put on a light coat of Renaissance Wax...

HH All !!

Draped Bust is such a pretty coin. I can only imagine what one looked like brand new. Great find. She cleanes up nicely considering her age lol

Very nice find ! That is a good looking DB. :congrats: I treat most of my coppers the same way. A light cleaning followed by Renaissance wax.

That Draped Bust is a fantastic find, Paul! It doesn't look like it has much wear, it must have been fairly new when it was dropped. 210 years old, WOW!
