Mike and I got a chance to get out late this afternoon. We stopped at an 1816 house that we've been eyeing up for a couple of weeks now. we knocked on the door and asked permission and the homeowners were super cool! We stayed for about 30 minutes but got the invite back anytime. |:cheering: I got this button at about 3 and wasn't really sure what it was. When I got home I put it on the kitchen counter and figured I'd try to ID it later. The homeowner Nina just called and said she found out what it was :clapping: |) :cheering: The kicker is I left all the other stuff with the homeowner and she tells me she thinks I found the screw back also |:cheering: They were about 50 yards apart.

:congrats: First one I've seen posted also. Good research also. Looks just the one in the top row. Now you just have to find the Large Cents to go along with it.
Very Nice !!

I kept looking at your collar disk, Steve, and thinking man that looks familiar. :thinkingabout:

So I dug out my box of relics and sure enough, I have one just like it. I found it back in the 1980s during my first metal detecting phase. Unfortunately, I can't remember where I found it. My record keeping was very lax back in those days.

I had no idea what it was until I saw this thread of yours.
