Cellar hole,the first visit

Hi all
Went to a cellar hole that is on a friends property.The house is from the late 1700's so my hopes are high for this one.The site looks to be undetected,so I may be the first one to ever hunt this site.I have a few photos of the place that I am posting,so if anyone has any idea by the photos on how old it may be please chime in!And if any of the items look like something you have seen before let me know what you think.Some of the items I haven't dug before.Hoping to get back there this Friday.HH Tom[attachimg=10][attachimg=9][attachurl=8][attachimg=8][attachimg=7][attachimg=6][attachurl=5][attachimg=5][attachimg=4][attachimg=3][attachimg=2][attachimg=1]

Hey Tom some of the items are a bit blurry to make out and i'm assuming the site is that slight depression covered in that blanket of myrtle . area looks nice to detect in .

Yes,the hole still has stone,but most fell into the hole.Pretty easy spot to detect,so far

Tom , did you find the barn and well yet ? they both should be very close . some of the items are 1800 's era items so it looka like they were at the homesite for a good while .

I have not found the barn or the well.There is a maple syrup hut 150 yards from the cellar.

You are going to have fun there. those are some large items that would have been caught if anyone had been there before. Good luck on your return!

yes i agree some high value targets so you may be right about no one has hit it yet .

Some nice, big keepers there. I love the large skeleton key. :yes: There has to be some good coinage still hiding there. Keep at it, and like Dave said....keep your eyes peeled for that well :shocked03:
