Thanksgiving week(end) hunts

I don't know the last time I was able to get out three days in a row... Unfortunately they were all fairly short hunts, but I'm not complaining. Thursday didn't amount to much but was able to get out with my brother in law Shane. Friday I took him to my favorite field and I found a few musket balls, couple of buttons, toasted LC and a 1743 real. Saturday I went back to my favorite field, this time with my cousin Dan and found a few more musket balls, a button and toasted KGII.

Any ideas on the lead piece? looks like a sinker to me

:shocked04: great detail on the 1 reale Brian :perfect10: the lead does look like a casting net weight

Wow, that 1743 Real is spectacular! :notworthy:
What an incredible coin! Wonderful detail on it still. :smitten:

It would totally blow my mind if I ever found a silver coin that is 270 years old!
