I've been detecting for 2years now and thanks to our 4 seasons everything is frozen and spring can't come soon enough. I miss swinging my E-Trac cabin fever has set in. Thank god for forums like this we still get to see some amazing finds from the folks down south.

I know what your saying. This is my first winter since I started detecting. More than ever, winter sucks.
Can't wait until spring.

Winter is time to recover new places, getting permission and read a lot about.

Welcome from western MA. Cabin fever can sure mess up a person, especially ones such as ourselves (detectorists).

Feel free to post up some of your past finds, we all like eye candy. :thumbsup02:

welcome to the forum Paullywog55 , yes i agree with Vito. When the snow is to deep or the ground to hard its time for cleaning finds , researching new places to detect and a lot of reading on the forums .the days are already getting longer and spring will be here soon. glad you found the forum to join us .

Welcome to the forum from SE Wisconsin. I'm with you with the cabin fever. We are in a deep freeze with 10 inches of snow on the ground. Good luck with the new season and happy hunting.
