What year is a copper no longer considered colonial ?

Chris technically is anything after 1776 is refered to as "post colonial or federal era" but most consider any copper coin made , minted or struck before the federal mint in Philadelphia in 1792 .

Encyclopedia briDANica. Haha. It's good to have a lot of knowledge. I knew it was late 1700's as the CT copper said it was minted for up to 1788. Mass was up until 1878, (unless the website I found got that date wrong) which anything after 1800 is hardly colonial.
