Silver, Large Cent, Wheats

Some more finds from the site I have been working these past few days.

Two silver dimes today. The 1899 Barber dime is the oldest silver coin that site has yielded.

Yet another corroded large cent.

This one I'm not sure about. It appears to be some sort of token. I can make out some of the words "Builders of cotton" in the center, and 'Peck' at the top edge.

And there were more wheats, plus a button. The first photo is of two wheat cents stuck together, dated 1934 and 1918.

This one appears to be a screw back lapel pin.

Couple of silvers, couple of coppers and a ton of wheats equals a nice hunt. Can't tell what the token is, but it's kinda cool looking. You almost don't want to know...keeps the mystery alive :lol: Great hunt Angel!

It is the oldest copper coin to come out of that site. I have found older silver coin. :yes:

The 'token' was the deepest coin to come out of that site. I picked it up at the meadow part of the park where targets are few as the area appears to have been worked quite well. I thought for sure the target was going to be a silver quarter given the tone and Fe/Co numbers generated. :shocked01:

just 2 silver dimes today? either you are running low on silver there in the area you concentrated on, or you had a really short hunt today . great job Angel..keep it up !
