On Sunday I get to do a little detecting with Chicago Ron in Cordova Illinois. Should be fun, old Dragway opened in the 50's.

Sounds like fun. How did you manage to arrange a hunt with Ron? I know he takes groups to England twice a year does he also do stateside trips?

It's a giant club hunt. 4 clubs will be there plus it's open to the public. Lots of giveaways, not a seeded hunt. 70 acres!

DaddyDigger, a lot of the guys in my club go to England with Ron. And the main local store Shooters and Prospectors keeps in good contact with him as well. I don't know if he'll be doing any digging... Ill keep the board posted. :happydance01:
