I found this wonderful little rocking horse at a late 1800’s house. At first I thought it was lead but after cleaning it I can tell it is brass. The appearance to me seems to be vintage as it just has the design look of an earlier period. It is approx. 2 3/4" long & 2 1/4" high

I agree, That is a really cool Rocking horse. That would look awesome in your display case.

Now that is a really great find! I agree that it looks old and it's in beautiful shape!

Finds like that are what makes this hobby so exciting. You just never know what you're going to find.

Great looking horse. Now if you have kids and they want a horse, you are off the hook:lol: I Googled old brass rocking horses (images)and the page was full:shocked04: This one looks a bit like yours.
