Yep, got hit by yellow jackets again this summer:pirate: Only twice though. My friend Mike got hit 10 (or more) times today. I bet he feels good right about now  but we did have a good day at the Pequot hunt. He got 3 or 4 musket balls with a huge 63ish caliber dropped ball. It not only had a tall sprue, but some of the over filling that was on top of the mold was also there. Nice example of a dropped ball!! I started off slow in a dead area, and after getting stung I decided to move. Towards the end of the hunt I found a great area and found some huge smashed round ball! One of them has to be 69+ caliber. The other one is not far behind. Both smashed flat on the back sides from hitting something hard. The other ones are high 40's low 50's. Got a thimble and a ball button too! All this was in an area that we thought was above the furthest known advance. I guess they climbed the hill a bit further than we thought!

More very cool finds from that site! You just know it will give up something spectacular at some point.
