Michael Cogan found a platinum wedding ring and engagement ring at a State park beach....appraised value? $13,600 :shocked04: He thought about how bad that woman must have felt when she realized she lost it, so he finally tracked her by posting a picture on Facebook. She will get her ring back soon.
