I went to a farmhouse that was built in 1850 tonight. I've hunted this place a few times before and it yielded me one coin...an 1821 Large Cent. That was with the DFX... This is the first time I took the E-trac to this site. It is just hard to discribe how excited I am about this hunt! The first two targets were silver Rosies '59 and '64...sweet! I then moved on and hit another Large Cent... 1824 I believe! Just keeps getting better! I then move on and get a mixed signal that hit on 12-45 in between odd signals at 8... Oh yeah! My very first Seated Coin!!!!! It is an 1882 Seated Dime with no mint. It is in awesome shape, but I did just knick the chin of her...OUCH! The last target was a mystery coin/token for me... I can't find a date and it looks like it has a small man with a horse rearing on the front with LAB*** above the horse. The back says *******TOKEN, but I can't make out anything else... Help ID'ing would greatly be appreciated! So I got my first 3 silver coin day, my first Seated, and an awesome token/coin. I've been dying to get my first seated and it feels soooo good to get that hurdle crossed! Here's the Vid and pics...

Congratulations, that is one nice seated dime. That was a great hunt. Are you sure you can't get just one more hunt at that place? I'd bet there are some more coins hiding from you there.

Thanks folks! I talked with the owner and they will be there for a month or so, and she said I could hunt it again at any time.... I'm soooo going back! I haven't even covered the rest of the hill or down below the house yet.

Hey Beef! That AD stands for American Detectorist. That's Angels calling card he leaves at every site he hunts. You did not nick that Seated, Angel did! He reburied it out of embarrassment. lol ... Just kidding you buddy. That is one fantastic hunt and you deserved it. Congratulations on that beautiful Seated Dime. Your video work is very impressive. Thanks for taking the time to share your hunt.

Yea definitely feeling envy. The seating looks like it was just dropped in the ground. As far as the nick, as we Italians say For get about it. I can't believe how well that token came out also. Did you straighten it and if so, how? <: Congrat's man.
