Got out today to a new permission, Talked to the owner yesterday, The house was built in the late 1800's. The house was once turned into a 4 unit apt building. Well while I was detecting the neighbor came over to talk he gave me some history of his house and invited me to detect his property(built in 1890) then he brought out a bucket of apples and offered me some (mmmm good). Anyway I'll be going back next week to do his property.

Actually on most hunts yes I do. I live on the border and hunt both sides.

Nice finds and love the button. Awesome that you secured a new site without really trying!

A large cent and some free apples, you can't beat that deal! Some of those finds are definitely older than 1890, maybe there were once older structures on those sites.

Congrats on the nice old Canadian coins too! :clapping:
