These are my finds from my last few hunts at the picnic grove with the 6 inch coil. I've been working the trashy areas nice and slow with the 6 inch coil on the CTX. The results have been pretty good with a few surprises. The walker was only 2 inches down but surrounded by iron trash. Dates are as follows Walker 33-S, Mercs 18, 37-S & 43, Rosie's 50-D & 52-D, Indians 1888, 01, 02 & 07. I also found 21 wheat's and $4.84 in clad. The ring is Gold filled.

Very nice going FF43 , It's amazing what those small coils can unmask in trash. Ctx's are getting very well known for picking thru the iron as well .:thumbsup02:

Jeff, that grove still produces. Some great finds and all it took was a different coil. :congrats:on a super hunt.

Great finds, Jeff! :thumbsup02:

It's amazing that there was a Walker still in that picnic grove after you've hunted it so heavily. What a nice coin!

:congrats:

I watched your video on youtube and found it very well done. That is a great looking WLH. Would the Coiltek 10 x 5 do as good a job in the trash as the 6 inch coil?

I'm not sure if it would separate as well. What I've read and the videos I've watch It sounds like it performs as well as the 6 inch with a little more coverage.

:wow: That little 6" coil is sniffing out some nice finds!!
Thats good to see!! When I ordered my new E-Trac I went ahead and got the SunRay X5.
It probably won't go as deep as the 6" but it will be interesting to see once I get around to putting it on.
Congrats on some nice coins !!
Specially the Walker! :shocked05:
