Late this afternoon I headed to the park I have hit on my last two hunts, and to my stunned surprise I picked up another silver half dollar! :shocked01: This time it's a 1935 Walking Liberty half. I also dug up a clad half dollar, which I had found before hitting on the WLH.

The Walking Liberty half was not very deep. It was at about the five inch mark.

Today's silver, the 1935 Walker and a 1919 mercury dime.

The clad coins.

I'm not really sure, actually. It looks and 'feels' like silver, but the weight is slightly off, though it may just be because it is hollow. It has no markings on it.

You just don't listen :boxing:

You have a great site there. I would bet that more silver from that site is in your future. (That's like betting that the sun is going to rise tomorrow  )

Congrats on the beautiful coins!

Hey Half dollar man  Nice strike!! Nice to see a Walking Lib come out. Seems like no one like to find half dollars before you  I remember when people would go by size and sound and think that signal is too loud and pinpoints too big.... must be a can. I guess it's your job to dig them can signals :clapping:

Congrats on the sweet finds ! ! ! Just my guess, but if the silver hershey kiss is hollow, it might be a broken earring. I have a pair very similiar.....

You may be right about it being part of an earring. It is hollow, and it looks as if the stem was snapped off from another piece. Thanks! :thumbsup01:
