Got Some Keepers on Boxing Day

There was no way I was going to sit on the couch today, it was sunny and 56 degrees!

So I loaded up the E-Trac and headed to a park I had found on Google. On my way I texted DiggerDon and told him he was welcome to join me. Turns out he was already in the area so we met at the park at about 10:00 a.m.

By the end of the day I had 2 Indian Heads, 8 Wheat Cents, 1 Buffalo Nickel, 5 older Jefferson Nickels, 3 Mercury Dimes and 1 Rosie.

Here are today's keepers:

Dateless Buffalo and some older Jefferson Nickels. The 1949 Jefferson rang up consistently as 12-16 on the E-Trac which is very odd:

It was a great day of detecting today. You did awesome as usual. That Red Goose token cleaned up pretty good, it's got be old.

Okay so now DiggerDon is behind in the silver count. Nice group of keepers as usual. So sweet that the IH's have the same date. There is still a few days left so DiggerDon can still get some silvers...

I'm still using my antique Sony Cybershot DSC-585 4.1 megapixel digital camera. I have had it for about 12 years and it has been a real workhorse.
