I found an article before showing a map of the world and treasure legends that are either myth or fact. I saw theres 20Mil somewhere in Tahiti from the 1500's era. I told the miss that we should move there. Dan, I wonder how accurate is that comment at the end of the movie "Into the Blue". There have been a lot of treasures unearthed recently, especially from the sea. Maybe there's a possibility those are in international waters, hence no treasure trove. idk. They obvi got just a bit of luck with this one.

Jim , supposedly only 1/10 of all the gold and silver taken out of the "America's" by the Spanish ever reached Spain. that leaves a lot of treasure still out there to be found.

"For about 300 years, the Spaniards came over here and stole all of the wealth of the Americas," Fisher says. "They would lose about 10 percent of that as the cost of doing business. Several wrecks out there by themselves are worth several billion dollars."

In the article it did say estimated 60 Billion. Now, some of that can still be on land somewhere hidden. We can only hope, Dan.

Unfortunately, it is a scam... For instance, this is what the statue really is : Golden Essen Madonna (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Golden_Madonna_of_Essen) (10th century)

But they got me too the first time I read the article... :(

I actually posted a comment on their article, saying so... For some reason, it has never been published...
