Another Hot & Humid day but I couldn't resist getting out there for a few hours. Went back to the old Park Hockeyguy and I have been hunting for the past few weeks.
The first couple hours were horrible, finding nothing and thinking If it was a good idea to go out today. Took a quick cool down break, and was thinking of an old aerial photo I saw of the park and remembered how there was hardly any trees or bushes back then.
SO, I decided to get down and dirty, and crawl into the bushes and under the low hanging pine trees and it panned out. Here are my finds for the day.

6 wheaties (40s & 50s)
1913 British? One Penny
$2.50 Clemens Store token
New York transit token
(2) religious Medals
1942 mercury
1905 & 1906 Indian Heads
19?? SLQ (assuming its a early date,it was found in the same hole with IHs)
1961 Washington Quarter

Thanks Angel, Yeh, This land that the park is on has been occupied for sometime, (mid 1700s) a friend, I guess it was last year, found a couple cobs there as well. I just wait for it to get back to the 80s so I can hunt there for longer periods than just 4 hours.

Hey, nice finds :clapping: That token is a cool find, and $2.50 sounds like a lot of cash for a token  Very nice Standing Liberty Quarter and it even looks like an S mint mark. I wish they still sold the silver date restorer, that way you could etch the date back just to know lol Some really good finds there Scott! :beerbuddy:
