today's silver

Was lucky enough to get out this afternoon to a site that I feel should be giving up some silver, but never has. Finally got some today, tho -- first target of the day was the silver ring, and I managed to pull a decent looking merc about an hour later. Also scored some big clad -- my heart was pounding when that rang up, only to have my hopes dashed when I opened the plug and saw the telltale clad orange :mad:. Still, I don't see many of these, and it is still a fun find.

Nice silver ring randy and congrats on the almost silver Half dollar. I bet you were hoping for at least a Walker lol I hate red clad lol But at least the hunch was correct and you scored some silver.
