Tonight was my first chance in a few days to get a couple of hours of hunting in . For this hunt I grabbed the Explorer 2 and headed out to the same spot I have been hitting for a while now . The signals have really grown to be far and few between but eventually , you go over something . I meandered here and there for a while picking up can slaw , pull tabs and the like . No exciting coinage just a modern nickel and a crusty zincoln .

I came to an area that I hadn't hit as much as the other spots and figured I'd give it a shot .Well , the plan worked out and I weeded out two silver Roosies which had managed to avoid detection all these years .Four coins for the evening and two of them silver . Not a bad hunt at all .:)

Always good scoring some silver. No matter what, there is always something that gets missed.

Some of the most rewarding hunts are the ones where you know you had to work hard to get a few keepers. Nice job on the silver. WD

Mr. Silver magnet well done. 50% silver on a dig......priceless. Getting out....a chore these days!
