Ramrod tip? What is it

Found this 8 in down. Brass and pretty heavy. Though it might be a ramrod end but I can't find any that match it. while it could be a "gun related" i suspect it may be a nozzle tip to a fire place bellows.

I thought of that but the top is solid (it does have a nipple) so air couldn't come out. The bottom is hollow though as if a rod or stick of some sort could fit in it.

the middle picture looks like there is rust or dirt in the hole of the spout ??

the diameter of the item itself is pretty small and ram rods are usually pretty large or for "good sized" caliber pistols and muskets , can you show a picture of the opening at the other end with a size reference ??
