Hello to all, I am fairly new to the forums and to detecting in general when I hear folks say they have been doing this for 20-30 years. I live in the Oxford Hills region of Maine and use a V3i (when I get it back from the upgrade) and the Prizm V. I have found mostly relics and a few coins. Metal Detecting Maine is where I met a few folks from this site and thought it would be smart to register. You folks have written some great articles and answer questions in detail. Thank you all for what you do for this addiction.

Welcome aboard, pulltab..... this is DEFINITELY the place to get the most technical help on the V3i.
CyberSage, Lowjiber and the like know the machine well.

Spend some time reading THIS (http://www.americandetectorist.com/forum/index.php?topic=49.0) if you haven't already.

Good luck!

Folks, thanks for the warm welcome, I appreciate it. I have read just about every article and thread on the V3 and it is obvious you folks have some experience with it. As soon as it comes home from Sweet Home and I get out, I will definately share my finds. Thanks again folks. Dennis
