I went to the Czech Republic last weekend and had a great time MD'ing there! I hit another GOLD RING on my last swing of the night! I was putting on my rucksack and hit a solid 12-14 on the CTX 3030. I thought it would be just another beavertail but boy was I wrong! I also hit three silver rings too! It was a great day for sure!

Somehow I missed this post, so a belated congrats! Looking forward to your posts this coming year. Hoping to one day be able to detect Europe-lots of great history and the folk really know how to enjoy their R&R. Much more travel to beaches and such, unlike here in the US where the "staycation" is becoming the norm because we either can't afford it, don't have the time to go anywhere, or are just plain afraid to leave home.

Thanks Digger O'Dell! You've got to go to the Czech Republic, Germany, Croatia to MD if you ever make it over here to Europe! The beaches are awesome and just littered with gold and silver!

Sounds like detecting paradise! I haven't been to Europe since 1982, other than to fly through several airports on mu way to either the middle east or Ukraine/Crimea. I would love to hear about their detecting laws and regulations there. Who knows what the summer may bring this year if I ever stop working almost 90 hours a week.
