As a newbie to the site, thought I'd share my finds from the weekend. Only out for a few hours. Found an 1839 half dime, a large cent (after cleaning still could not make out date, but from the bust appears to be from 1830s), aan 1920 wheat, and an old musket ball. I seem to be having trouble loading the pic....technology is not my thing......and I'm probably one of the youngest guys (no offense to you ladies) here.

Rob, make sure the photos are no larger than 300kb, and that the width in pixels isn't more than 900. You would get a database error otherwise.

I love half dimes...they are so tiny lol I looked up that year and I didn't see any rare varieties on it. The is a minor variety where the 39 is repunched, but I don't think that will add too much to the value. It's a great early half dime, display it well :clapping: That large cent is toast lol I would hot hydrogen peroxide it and see what's left on it.
