finally heard it

well I finally heard it . I'm talking about the high pitch sound on the etrac that might indicate silver . I have found silver with my etrac including an 1823 half. daddydigger came to my town and helped me with my etrac and his help was greatly appreciated and I still try to apply his instructions. practice is the best teacher. now that I've heard the sound i'm hoping to hear It again real soon. thanks again dave for your help.

Glad to help. The silver squeak is unmistakable when it hits dead on. A lot of deeper older silver dimes will ring up like a modern penny some times except it will be 10 inches deep! HH, Dave.
