can anyone help?

I have been inactive for awhile. So inactive i forgot my password. Now that i reset it I'm having all kinds of problems. Guys have told me they sent me PMs and i don't see them. I try to send messages and they don't appear in my sent file as well. Is there a problem with this page or is it my settings?

I also slide my cursor over my name and it says I'm off line when I'm clearly not.

I know that when sending a PM you have to scroll down and check the box to keep your message in your sent box. I also put my cursor over your name and it says you are on line
