I Got Energized

Those coin size batteries have a very high silver VDI (86-87) and are soooo bright and silvery in the hole. They fool me every time. :embarrassed:

I did manage a silver dime a little later. The buckle reminded me of when it was a part of my daily Uniform Of The Day. Oh so long ago. And nickles galore.

Yep, those batteries have gotten me too, as well as those pesky cell phone batteries that ring up so well. Congrats on the silver!

Grats on silver. Lol... I cant tell you how many times I got some strange VDI that you wouldn't expect. Just like the iron washers, I think it has to do with the shape being round that makes you hear it so well. I can usually tell with the washers, but dig anyway as I just go thru so many clicks and grunts before I finally get one target that gives a few high VDI. It's just unstable enough that I can tell it's junk. I just gotta verify it's junk.
