Albeit all coppers was still nice to get quota plus 24 from one hole. Personal best for number of coins in one hole and fastest quota.....under 5 minutes with the Freedom 3 Plus (no# of 2 of 3 Pluses still working)! Hope to repeat that feat on my next UK trip. Here luckily no finds officer to go through for the "Bluenoser's Horde."

Days end and soon off to work!

Must say "Photobucket still acting a tad disjointed!"
Think I'll celebrate by stopping by and buying my lunch for work tonight....Brother's Smoked meat sub. If you lived in this area you would know that that is indeed a treat!

Now that's a huge coin spill, wonder what caused it...

Looks like a big copper maple tree shed its leaves all at once.

Agreed. Photobucket is really sucking lately.....if that is what you mean by a "tad disjointed" . ;)

In the US, at least Wisconsin, I have found large groups of coins, usually pennies, that were from picnics or get togethers for kids to search for the coins. Usually they put down sawdust or sand. Maybe it was something like that. Great finds WD

Nice spill. The biggest one I had didn't contain that many coins, but did have some random foreign change in it.

Congrats on finding that spill! Looks like an American penny on that middle stack. Do you find many of those?

About 1 in 20 coppers here are usually American.

I can't help wondering what caused the spill. Congrats!
