Hello everyone. I use to post on here way back in 2013. Took a little break as I jumped in to water hunting heavy. While still heavy into water hunting (hard not to living in Florida), In the past 3 years I have circled back to my real passion of coin and relic hunting including trips to hunt in England. I really enjoyed this forum back then with knowledgable and kind members so I'm back and look forward to posting and sharing with all of you. HH

Welcome back Stan, happy to have you! Don't know if the forum had the category for beach and water when you were here last, but there is one now for everyone's viewing pleasure! ;)
I've only been here about 2 years, but used pretty much have every category here. Water is pretty much my only option in winter as the ground is a solid tundra here in Wisconsin. Can't wait to see and read about your finds. I know Florida has a pretty rich history so should have a lot of great potential for finds. Gl&HH

Ya there was a beach forum, but there were only a few of us in it, but it was still a great forum. If you find yourself in the St. Pete area in the summer, send me a message. Ill point you in right direction or perhaps get together on a water hunt.

Thanks for the invite! Would prefer to hit Florida in the winter for a change. Got to winter in Miami, Fort Meyers and Daytona Beach
one year for work and I got spoiled by the warm weather! Of course on another trip to Daytona in the 80s got snowed in at the campgrounds while Wisconsin had temps in the 70s- go figure. My goal for this summer is to make it to the East Coast to experience hunting colonial sites in the hopes of a Fugio and maybe a capped bust coin along with lots of coppers that will not be found in the Midwest. But definitely want to try my hand at salt water and salty beach hunts especially if I get the kit PI detector I want built and working correctly.
