595445954159542It was just a couple of feet away from the silver buckle, and I have no idea what it is. It is not silver.

Is it silver? Maybe part of a decorative sash buckle or a henway?

It reminds me of the handle part of this winder I found recently. I guess it's some kind of clock winder maybe? Part of it has corroded away.

Does yours look like the stem may have broken off? Does it have a hole in it that is clogged with dirt?

Is it lead? It almost looks like a cut Roman coin. 😅 Also I don't see any attachment points or places that look to be broken. Hmmm? You got me.

Looks to me like the clipped piece of a coin.
