A short hunt after work, at the right time, sure paid off! I'll post again after clean up, but this seated dime got me going tonight!

Yes, this was at a sidewalk tearout. In addition to the silver, ended up with three IH's and two wheats.

Anyone have any ideas on what size this is of musketball?

Outstanding hunt, Darren! That seated dime is amazing! Ones that old don't turn up too often here in the midwest. Awesome! :clapping:

Ricky's seated dime was found by some window wells on a new townhome built where an 1850's home was torn down. You were there once with us. Guess we had our chance!! BTW, there is a ton of homes of the same period across from this home site with little front yards, just like you like them. Probably loaded with seated for us!!
