Met up with Mike (MIKE54) and Steve (Sillver_Stallion) at the golf course this am.

Everybody got something with Steve cleaning up in the silvers and Mike getting the oldest.

We still have not ventured to far out, remaining on basically 2 holes. And I know there is still more to be had on these holes.

My take was this really nice conostoga bell, found very early in the hunt in a spot that everybody has been over at least 20 times.

I went back to the area that I had popped out the KG and got 3 silvers. A 1913 Barber, 1924 and 1941 merc. Ventured over to another fairway and got the cut Washington. for the life of me I couldn't find that other 1/2. The wheat was the 1st coin dug today.

I have included some golfing items I have found since I've been there.

Thanks for reading and HH everyone.

Very nice hunt. Can't believe you missed that bell so many times, but you got a winner there! Silvers are just the icing on the cake. Well played! :detecting:

:thumbsup01: Golf course, what a great place to hunt. One closed recently around here, but it was only open for a few years and was originally uninhabited land.

You and Steve killed it today. After 10 hours of detecting the last 2 days I'm plumb tuckered out. I'll post tomorrow.

That's great, Al! Those bells don't show up everyday! I hope they slow down on developing that course until you hit all 18 holes! :)

Nice finds! I have attended The Masters three times over the years. I bet whoever lost The Masters Ball Marker regretted it.

Congrats on the 12 1/2 Cent Piece! Those are super rare! :thumbsup01:

Really nice hunt, Al! I love that Conestoga bell. The seem to come out of the ground in nice shape. Love the Barber and Mercs too.

:congrats:
