Hey diggers,
I went back up to my medieval honey hole and found my 9th hammered coin! This one also dates to 1250 - 1300. I got a couple musket balls and one old button and then got a screamer 98 signal. Turned out to be a 1915 silver half mark! Here's some pics. HH, Dave.

So did you go to Germany to detect or for work? I'm starting to think to detect.

i see you changed your avatar again. I'm sure a few more changes will come this year.

Well, my family is still back in Illinois and won't come until the school year ends at the end of May. Once they arrive my days of detecting bachelorhood will be severely restricted. Maybe only once a month. That's why I'm going every day after work while I can!

Just amazing DD! Love the Knights Templar coin. Lots of history with them, especially for the fact that they controlled the purse strings for most of Europe for quite a while.

Most excellent Dave! How disappointed you'll be once you return to IL and find a plain old seated or barber dime!
