That looks like a "Forehand & Wadsworth" revolver. They were made in 32 and 38 caliber. Here's a link to some history on them:

Hopkins & Allen Forehand D.A..32 Revolver. From a brief search they were made between 1901 and 1908

Either could be correct.Could the lettering be the same on the handgrip for both? I think I see F&W but your gun is a closer match then what I saw.

Have you cleaned it up yet? There should be some markings on the barrel. Is it hammerless?

Can you read anything on the barrel? Is it a 5 or 6 shot cylinder?
