My first silver thimble

It was great to finally get out today to move a little dirt. I went to the old farm and dug up a lot of nails and stuff. I did finally get my first silver thimble:happydance01:.

Thanks everyone, I was able to straighten it out and cleaned it. I found the makers mark MKD sterling on the inside. Found the exact same one on ebay for 39.95.

Congrats on the thimble. I've yet to find one of any type metal. Nice looking flat buttons too!
