No idea what it is.. but Scottie likes

Went out for a couple hours this morning.. went to a lot which I've found large cents, silvers and other old stuff.. .today using Del's program, I hit a target about 8 deep, when I dug it up at first I thought I may had found a USA revolutionary button.. but it is lead.. and have no idea what it is.
On the OBV, it has a heart with I, H, I inside, on the REV, there is carved into the lead is 17 over 14-1/7 Odd but an neat item.

wow pretty neat! maybe a lead seal or some kinda poker chip?

Looks like a seal to me. When merchandise came over by boat, the seals were placed there to make sure no one took an unintended cut lol Looks pretty old to. Nice find. It should have a place for the wires to go through.
