Went back tonight to the spot I hit Saturday morning. Although I picked up a rosie :), the old silver continued to hide from me. :confused:

I got some nice IH's and a pile of wheats. Also a buffalo and my first V nickel. :happydance01: I can scratch that one off my list of things to find this year.

The ring is small and stamped sterling, must be a child's ring.

Does anyone know a good way to clean a V nickel?

Yeah... I seem to be in a zone lately with the IH's. 1 IH last year and I'm at 30 this year. :confused: but :happydance01:

Nice haul, congrats! Must have been a penny candy store at that site in the 1890's. That's a lot of IH's and they're nice ones!
