Capped Bust Half Dime

I found this 1832 Capped Bust half dime on Sunday in a new corn field that we obtained permission to hunt. :cheering: :twirlingeyes: :peace: :clapping: :happydance01: <: :peace: :peace: :peace: :peace: It was a great way to end my 2010 season. :cheering: I hope you all enjoy my finds. thumbsup01

Wow, what an amazingly beautiful little coin! Congratulations on finding such a great piece of American history. I have one question though. Was it formally called a half dime in it's day? The reason I ask is I see a 5c on the reverse. I wonder if folks called it half dime instead of 5 cents and the terminology entered the lexicon so much so, that the mint actually put it on the next version of the coin (seated). Again congrats on a wonderful find--I am SO jealous!
