I can honestly say the major flux of new members here that I know, have had some fantastic finds over the seasons. So hopefully during the long winter months, some will post up some of their personal favs for us all to drool over!!

Personally I'll do a few, as I was only able to get out 5/6x the entire year. Daughter's wedding shower/stag/doe, then wedding, & other family commitments and get togethers kept the 'ol xlt in her closet.

If this thaw stays a few more days...mite put her teeth back in (batteries), and get muddy

Howdy Judy!
It is gratifying to see folks I know posting on American Detectorist forum.
And among those, I am particularly happy to see you here and posting your finds. When you get around to posting them, that is! LOL!

We have a great forum here, and I hope to contribute much in coming days. Since surgery blew up in my face this morning, I believe I'll have some time to drag up some of my stories and bring them here. And when the weather breaks, I am thinking I should embark on another trip into Mordachai country and see if I can find some goodies without getting attacked again!

I hope your opportunities to detect improve considerable in 2011, and will be hoping you find all the gold in your neck of the woods!

Blessings,
M-Taliesin

I'll do what I can Judy ... :clapping: As most of you know from the other forum I didn't get out but only 18 time to hunt. I was home most of the time taking care of Dad before he passed away in October.. I will try to get out at least 2-4 times a month when the weather will let me.. I might even get my first silver to show off.   :poke: :stretcher:

I have a ton of crap to show you guys as I have not posted 90% of my finds on a forum in the last few years. What part of the forum would I place it?

Post it where you think it fits from the description. Coinshooting if that is what you were doing. Relic hunting if you were hunting for relics. Off topic if it was bottle hunting, etc...

That's a great idea Judy. :clapping:

I would love to see new treasures... especially now that winter is here.

Gotta get through cabin fever somehow.
