Went back to the park area ,that I dug up the Barber quarter a few days ago, with some more locals trying to find more silver...........no luck on silver coins today.
2 others with the Fisher F75LTD, another with a Fisher F5 and one of the guys with the F75LTD brought his Garrett AT Pro that he let me test drive it. In 5 minutes I dug a clad dime at 7 inches, in between a load of bottlecaps. ( Gonna have ta get me one for some beach hunting) :envious:
And 2 with Bounty Hunters also were there. ( sorry -----but it is sooo fun to be able to do this)

Spent 4 hours looking for some more silver....... :shocked01: dug some clad and 3 wheat pennies and an old Yale lock--------get it :thinkingabout: :poke: --------locked up by the coppers........ 8/

It was a nice day hunting with friends and a few old items dug up made it even better !!!! <:

Nice to see you getting out and hunting. How was that Garrett on falsing?? I hear there are some issues on the first ones released. Something about having to keep the coil a certain height above the ground or it falses. Did you try the pro mode on it?? I believe that is where some of the real nice features are hidden.

talk about :beatdeadhorse: :beatdeadhorse: LOL

good hunt there.
i looked at the at pro it seemed like a pretty solid machine the only draw back i found is if you want to use a differant set of head phones you will have to buy a adapter separate for about $40
i have used garretts headphones before and they are alright but i love koss phones thumbsup01
